Suppertime CEO has the simple goal of trying to solve everyone’s dinner problems forever. (I’m only sort-of kidding.)

Dinner time decision fatigue is real. So is the endless need to feed yourself and your family. Again and again.

I want to relieve some of the mental load, no matter what season of life you are in and what challenges you face in getting your people fed.

We scour and hand-pick the best recipes from across the internet and organize them into super-specific collections, like ADHD-friendly 15-minute dinners, meals for busy sports nights, or pantry-only meals.

Basically, we take the guesswork out of figuring out what’s for dinner!

More about me…

I’m Kathryn and I love books, being outdoors and bourbon.

I have two amazing kids, one sweet chocolate lab and two cuddly cats. I’m married to the love of my life, best friend and favorite person in the world.

For more than 10 years I’ve been sharing easy, healthy, family friendly recipes over at Family Food on the Table.

Other fun facts:

I was a health and nutrition editor for 15 years.

I went to Northwestern University for journalism then lived and worked in Washington, D.C., for about 5 years.

My favorite foods at various times have included apples, baby carrots, oatmeal, pumpkin anything, soy sauce, salad, tacos, potatoes, roasted cauliflower and granola bars. I do not enjoy dark chocolate. Yet.

I was over 40 when I started drinking coffee. Better late than never.

I love to go for walks, seriously enjoy camping and will always say yes to the mountains.
